    Check the power cord plugged into a circuit with proper voltage. Also ensure the fuse or circuit breaker is not tripped or blown.

    My cooling unit has a flashing OH?

    A:

    In the unlikely event that the storage temperature rises above 75 degree Fahrenheit, the unit will automatically shut off, and the display will alternately flash "OH" and the temperature. The unit will remain shut off for a minimum of 30 minutes, after which you may attempt to re-start the unit by unplugging the power at least 30 minutes then re-plugging the power to the unit. If the same issue occurs, please contact us again for service.

    What the flashing AL means?

    A:

    As an alert to you, the display will alternately flash AL and the temperature if the storage temperature rises above a preset alarm temperature. The alarm factory setting is 62 degree Fahrenheit. You may adjust this alarm setting. The unit will continue to operate while in the alarm mode, unless the temperature rises to 75 degree Fahrenheit.

    How do I drain the water from my cooling unit?

    Find a hose right underneath or bottom of the cooling unit. Pull it out slowly to drain the water.

    My cooling unit running too much?

    A:

    If the room temperature is too warm or above 75 degree, the cooling unit will run longer to keep the wine cool. You may check and clean the condenser coil. Also make sure the door gaskets having no gap or tight seal.
