Cancellation If you purchase your wine cabinet from Wine Cellar Impressions (WCI), you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided that your cabinet has not entered production. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering. You will get a notification from us when your order is on production and no changes are made within 24 hours from beginning of production time frame after you receive a confirmation from WCI. Returns New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the original conditions within 90 days after WCI ship date and also all returns require full explanation paperwork on bill of lading unless otherwise specified by WCI. Wine Cellar Impressions reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original conditions with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals, and accessories. You are responsible for the shipment of your cabinet to Wine Cellar Impressions. If your cabinet is damaged during return, the client is responsible for the damage claims process. Restocking fees do apply if the cabinet is returnable.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the returned wine cabinet is damaged, we reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price. Please be sure of your return in case of freight damage.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that Wine Cellar Impressions receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account or check used for the original purchase.

Shipping and Handling All merchandise purchased from authorized dealers who are responsible for shipping, freight, and service level except specified by WCI. When the wine cabinet arrives, the customer must visually inspect the packaging and wine cabinet. If customer's cabinet is damaged or something is not right at the time of delivery, the customer must contact dealers and Wine Cellar Impressions before the leaving of a delivery team for the damage claims process with a fully descriptive proof on the bill of lading.

Payment Due Prepayment is required please contact us for other methods in detail. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction. Partial payments are not accepted. More importantly, WCI must receive the payments before the ship date or pick-up to avoid the shipment delayed.

Acceptable Methods of Payment We only accept major credit cards, checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.

Personal or Business Checks We may hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $50 returned check fee.

Additional Information All merchandises are subject to be charged for warehouse fee after 5 business days from the ship date which is notified by WCI. We may also contact the customers about the cooling unit usage before the merchandise is arrived. Pick-up paperwork is required at factory unless specified by WCI. All warranties shall begin on the ship date on WCI packing list or invoice or bill of lading.
